Six-Month Integrative Health Programme

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Fee: £2600

A comprehensive six-month programme providing ongoing medical oversight and structured support for individuals with more established metabolic or long-term health conditions.

Additional information

This programme is designed for individuals with more pronounced or persistent health concerns who wish to address them thoroughly, professionally, and within a realistic timeframe.

A six-month period allows us to move beyond short-term interventions and instead work towards sustained improvement, with regular review and adjustment based on both clinical findings and real-life circumstances.

This programme may be suitable if you:

  • Have type 2 diabetes or prediabetes
  • Have struggled with excess body weight over a longer period
  • Have persistently elevated blood pressure, cholesterol, or blood glucose
  • Are managing multiple overlapping long-term conditions
  • Wish to reduce long-term health risks and, where clinically appropriate, reduce reliance on medication

What the programme includes

  • Eight individual online consultations over six months (approximately one every 3–4 weeks)
  • An initial in-depth health assessment with goal setting
  • Regular review of laboratory results and progress monitoring
  • A structured yet flexible management plan addressing nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress
  • Ongoing email support between consultations for questions and clarification
  • Continuous refinement of recommendations based on progress, response, and challenges

The focus of the programme is on:

  • Remission or significant improvement of metabolic conditions, where achievable
  • Gradual and sustainable weight reduction
  • Improving blood pressure, lipid profile, and glycaemic control
  • Stabilising energy levels, sleep, and nervous system regulation
  • Developing habits and strategies that can be maintained beyond the programme

The aim of this six-month programme is not short-term improvement, but meaningful and measurable progress in health, supported by medical oversight, continuity of care, and a collaborative long-term approach.
