This consultation is used to assess response to previous recommendations, review any new laboratory results, and refine advice where needed. It may also be used to address minor changes in symptoms or circumstances.
Follow-up appointments are most commonly scheduled 4–8 weeks after the initial consultation, depending on the nature of the plan and individual progress.
This appointment is intended for patients who already have a personalised plan in place and would like ongoing medical support with its implementation.
