A clear, transparent process - from first contact to meaningful, measurable results

The starting point of your care

Every patient relationship begins with an initial enquiry through the contact form on this page. Through a small number of focused questions, I aim to understand:

  • What you are currently experiencing
  • What you are hoping to achieve
  • Whether I am realistically the right doctor to help

You are welcome to upload relevant medical information with the form, such as laboratory results, imaging reports, specialist letters, or brief clinical summaries, in a supported format.

All information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection standards.

An honest clinical review

Once I receive your enquiry, I personally review the information provided.

You will then receive a clear and honest response:

  • If I believe I can help, I will suggest an appropriate appointment type and offer available consultation times, along with an invoice.
  • If I am not the right clinician for your situation, I will advise you on appropriate next steps or the type of specialist best placed to help.

I do not offer consultations where I feel the approach would not be appropriate, safe, or helpful.

The consultation process

  • 1. Initial consultation

A 60-minute consultation focused on gaining a detailed understanding of your health concerns, medical history, lifestyle factors, and priorities.

This appointment allows time for careful listening, clinical reasoning, and discussion - without rushing.

  • 2. Review and analysis

Following the consultation, I spend additional time reviewing your information, test results, and clinical context. This analytical work forms the basis for a personalised, coherent management plan rather than a generic set of recommendations.

  • 3. Written plan and follow-up

You receive a clear, written plan outlining practical next steps and priorities.
This is supported by a short follow-up video call to explain the recommendations, answer questions, and ensure the plan feels realistic and achievable.

  • What you can expect

    - A thoughtful, unhurried approach
    - Clear explanations and shared decision-making
    - Evidence-based recommendations tailored to you
    - Continuity, honesty, and professional boundaries

My aim is to provide care that is both medically rigorous and genuinely personal, without unnecessary complexity or false promises.
